The Barcelona R8 train network line, which consists of just 9 stations, over a distance of 40 kilometres, runs from Martorell to Granollers without passing through Barcelona. it is connected to Barcelona's R2, R2N, R3 to R7, R11, R12, S2 and S4 suburban train lines.
