Barcelona Olympic port

Built for the Barcelona Olympic Games in 1992, the Olympic Port is Barcelona's second largest marina and straddles the stretch of the city's beaches between Somorrostro and Nova Icària, a short distance from Barcelona Zoo.

Our animal friends are also one of the must-see attractions in Barcelona. At the foot of the Ciutadella Park and a few steps from the Olympic port, many species of animals are waiting for you at the Barcelona Zoological Park.

Marina is a dynamic avenue in Barcelona which links the Sagrada Familia to the Olympic port, characterised by remarkable architecture, a wide range of shops and restaurants, as well as proximity to several major tourist attractions such as the Sagrada Família, the Monumental bullring, the Auditori or the beautiful Ciutadella park.

Out of a total of 12 stations, the T5 of the Barcelona tramway starts at Plaça de les Glories as the T6 and goes towards the city of Badalona to the Gorg station. This tram line gives access to the metro lines 1, 2, 4 and 10.

The T6 line runs along the same route as the T5 between Glories and Parc del Besos stations and then continues to the municipality of Sant Adrià de Besòs via the Forum port. The T6 is connected with L1 and L4 metro lines.
